Our company will provide all necessary supplies and materials to safely/effectively clean your home or business. If you have any concerns or sensitivities to certain cleaning agents, please feel free to contact us so we can best accommodate your home.

No, but it is entirely up to you, after all it is your property. Our team will happily clean whenever it’s most convenient for you whether you are at home or not. If you prefer to not be present, please contact us with the details on how to be let into your location.

To best accommodate your needs our company provides, morning, evening, and Saturday cleanings. Our hours of operation include:

Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

What if I have pets in my home?

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company we welcome pets of all shapes and sizes! We are accustomed to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We recommend that you leave them outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of your beloved and our housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.

What should I do before you arrive?

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.

Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We customize services to accommodate your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want.

To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t :
Clean toys, fireplaces, irons, chandeliers or grills
Animal waste & litter 
Move or lift anything above 50 pounds
Clean bio-hazards (blood, bodily fluids)
Clean hoarding situations 
Washing exterior windows (except sliding glass doors)
Upholstry, couch, carpet cleaning.

We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you.
