  • How should I schedule my cleaning?
    Accessibility is our top priority, you can either text, email, or call and one of our representatives will happily assist you. Another option would be to schedule an appointment or contact us through our website here.
  • Are you insured and bonded?
    Yes, WeCanDo4You Inc. is both insured and bonded.
  • Do you provide cleaning materials and supplies?
    Our company will provide all necessary supplies and materials to safely/effectively clean your home or business. If you have any concerns or sensitivities to certain cleaning agents, please feel free to contact us so we can best accommodate your home.
  • Is it necessary to be present for the cleaning?
    No, but it is entirely up to you, after all it is your property. Many professional cleaners- including our team will happily clean whenever it’s most convenient for the client whether you are at home or not. If you prefer to not be present, please contact us with the details on how to be let into your location.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    To best accommodate your needs our company provides, morning, evening, and Saturday cleanings. Our hours of operation include: Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Sunday: CLOSED
  • What if I have pets in my home?
    Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company we welcome pets of all shapes and sizes! We are accustomed to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of your beloved and our housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service, we accept: - Cash - Zelle - Venmo - Cash - Checks
  • What should I do before you arrive?
    To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.
  • What do you not clean?
    Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We customize services to accommodate your preferences, so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want. To ensure we provide your home with the highest quality of care, we don’t typically: Clean toys The inside of your fireplace Clean your iron Do laundry Wash dishes We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you. However, we’re happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, stove, and refrigerator upon request.
