1 - Regular / Standard cleaning service
(Typically 2hr service with 2 people)
Dining Room & Living Areas
- Mirrors and glass surfaces
- Floors (vacuum, sweep, mop)
- Ceiling fans
- Inside windows ( Up to 2 steps on a ladder)
- Vacuum/dust upholstered furniture
- Dust lamps and lamp shades
- Dust and wipe furniture within reach (top, front & underneath)
- Dust and wipe picture frames
- Dust and wipe window sills and ledges
- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe doors & light switches
- Wipe baseboards
- Interior trash/recycled cans removal to your outside cans and replace liner
Kitchen
- Major appliance exteriors ( toaster, airfryer, oven, fridge, etc...)
- Microwave – interior & exterior
- Clean/disinfect/polish sinks & faucets
- Clean and disinfect counters & back splash
- Table and chairs
- Floors (vacuum, sweep, mop)
- Inside windows ( stepping up to 2 steps on a ladder)

- Remove cobwebs
- Wipe doors, handles & light switches
- Wipe baseboards
- Wipe outside cabinets & drawers
- Interior trash/recycled/organic cans removal to your outside cans and replace liner
Bedroom

Laundry room

2 - Deep cleaning service
( Typically 3-5 hrs to complete with 2 people)
- Entire Regular Cleaning service above and
- Clean interior and exterior refrigerator and freezer
- Clean interior and exterior oven
- Detail / dust / clean blinds, shutters, and curtains
- Clean and scrub grout and tile
- Kitchen exhaust fan filter
- Bathroom exhaust fan filter
- Carpet deodorizer
- Marks and stain on wall / door removal (the best we can)
3 - Move in/out service
(Usually require 2-5h or more to complete with 2 people)
- Entire Regular Cleaning service above and
- Clean interior and exterior refrigerator and freezer
- Clean interior and exterior oven
- Detail / dust / clean blinds, shutters, and curtains
- Clean and scrub grout
- Kitchen exhaust fan filter
- Bathroom exhaust fan filter
- Clean interior and exterior of cabinets
- Clean interior and exterior of drawers
- Carpet deodorizer
- Marks and stain on wall / door removal (the best we can)
Take note:
* Our performance is based on hours worked for all services. We also have the option of offering a flat rate only after the second service at the same location to be cleaned.
ESTIMATED service times
* May vary and dependant on the current state of the residences organization, cleanliness, and clients priorities of the cleaning. *
- 2h will typically service 1 kitchen, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartments/home with 2 person team.
- 2-3h will typically service 1 kitchen , 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom with 2 person team.
- Deep clean usually require 3-5h or more to complete with a 2 person team.
- For smaller residences there is a minimum service fee of $150.
- Homes above 4000 sqft please contact us for an estimate walkthrough for time of completion.
